WPI is dedicated to serving individuals impacted by post-acute infections that cause significant and complex illnesses, including but not limited to, ME/CFS, Long COVID and post-acute Lyme disease.
The Medical Suite
The Whittemore Peterson Institute’s medical offices are situated on the third floor of the Center for Molecular Medicine’s medical office building. WPI’s clinical offices are ideally situated in close proximity to basic and clinical researchers to encourage the development and trial of evidenced based treatments. Supported by a unique grant from WP, the clinic is perfect for private medical practices that offer doctors’ the time and resources they need to serve this unique patient population.
Private Medical Practice
The WPI seeks a dedicated medical professional to bring an expanded medical practice to
the clinic on the medical campus of the University of Nevada, Reno.
Our priorities remain the same, to facilitate expert patient care, and to provide practical information to help those who are impacted by chronic illness live better lives.
